Generally, this place is pretty good for the most part. Long story short, I went to wash my full-size conversion van because I can't take it to other places as it won't fit. I put in roughly 7 to 9 dollars only to find that when I grabbed the nozzle to wash my van, it fell apart not allowing me to continue. I contacted the phone number where the machines are located if I have any issues. I've left my number several times along with my name and address for my refund and I have never gotten anything. not even a phone call. No apology. Nothing. This is all the way back from June 8th, and here we are on July 21 and nothing. I'm Afraid to continue to patronize his place as if I should have a future problem I will just get ignored like I am now. Management is horrible and does not return anyone's calls. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB.
